Edges of the Mosaic - Community Choral Concert
Celebrating 100 Years of the Royal Canadian Legion
This season, we seek to illuminate the works of composers whose identities—shaped by race, gender, sexuality, heritage, and ability—have too often placed them at the margins and in the minority.
For some, the uniform covers a complex identity. We honor the "Double Front" faced by service members from these same minority communities: those who defend our nation, navigate the weight of being "the first" or "the only" within their own ranks, and face prejudice while at home.
These songs serve as a witness to a profound strength of character—the grit to thrive in the face of exclusion and the courage to forge a path of hope from the heaviest of internal battles.

Prince Edward Island Legion Choir
"Growing choir; growing mission"
Welcome to our newly rebranded choir! Formerly known as the Charlottetown Legion Choir, we are excited to announce our partnership with the PEI Legion Provincial Command, which has led to our name change. Through this collaboration, we aim to extend our reach across the entire province, sharing the joy of music with communities far and wide. Despite the change, our dedication to community service remains steadfast, as we strive to enrich the lives of both our audience and our members.
